The Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID), a national-level policy research institution under the ICSSR framework, Ministry of Education, Government of India, is inviting applications for Research Associate / Research Assistant positions on a contractual basis.
The positions are for a DPIIT-funded project on startups and MSMEs. Candidates should have at least a Master’s degree with 55% marks in Social Sciences, preferably Economics.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SLET, M.Phil./Ph.D. background, and experience in handling unit-level datasets such as NSSO, ASI and CMIE ProwessIQ. Knowledge of Stata and willingness to undertake fieldwork are required.
Remuneration
₹37,000–₹47,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
Duration
Initially 9 months, extendable based on project requirement and performance.
