The Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) and Netflix announced a scholarship initiative on 26 August 2026 for 100 learners across India. Eligible students and working professionals may receive up to 80% financial support.

The initiative covers two one-year diploma programmes—Interactive Comics & Sequential Arts and Visual Effects Mastery—and four six-month certificate programmes: Virtual Art Department Content Creation, Media Tech Workflow, Art of Character Animation, and E-Sports & Gaming Management.

IICT’s admissions information says scholarship eligibility is assessed through its admission process, including counselling, an online Creative Quotient Test, and a personal interview and portfolio review for shortlisted candidates.

Important verification note: The official announcement does not state a separate application closing date. Applicants should check the current IICT admissions page before paying fees or submitting documents.
