Qualifications and experience
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in one of the following areas:
Mass Communication
Journalism
Public Health
Behavioural Science
Development Communication
Design
A related discipline
Applicants should have at least five years of experience in public-health communication, particularly behaviour-change communication and the preparation of training or communication materials for frontline health workers.
Candidates should have strong Hindi and English communication skills. Experience with AI-assisted content tools, digital-video workflows, agency coordination, training curricula and IEC/BCC material development is desirable.
Role responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the development of public-health communication and training materials, coordinate with creative agencies and partners, simplify technical health information and contribute to communication programmes in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
