Key responsibilities
Establish and manage the Horn of Africa production hub.
Lead a team of video journalists and reporters.
Develop video-led and digital-first journalism.
Produce investigations, documentaries, explainers and social-media content.
Develop content intended to reach younger and female audiences.
Manage production workflows, staff deployment and quality standards.
Eligibility
Applicants should have substantial video production and post-production experience, journalism-team management experience and a strong understanding of digital platforms. Fluency in English and at least one of the following is required:
Somali
Amharic
Afaan Oromo
Tigrinya
